SPC Software in Multiple Plants

Web-based Solution with Low Overhead Costs

Here's how you save:

  • No database licenses to purchase
  • No servers to purchase
  • No software licenses involved
  • No security components to purchase or install
  • No hardware costs—all you need is a computer and an Internet connection
  • Minimal IT support required
  • No upgrade costs—InfinityQS automatically performs all upgrades

eSPC is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. The software resides on an InfinityQS Web server at a secure, fully redundant data center. To access the application, users simply log in to the system over the Internet with a user name and password. With this model, companies can greatly reduce their Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) because they do not have to invest in the IT infrastructure and resources needed to support a robust SPC system.

As the only automated SPC solution with a centralized implementation, eSPC will help you recognize efficiencies and improve your bottom line. Gartner estimates that the annual cost to own and manage traditional "on-premise" software applications can be up to four times the initial purchase price.

In contrast to the one-time licensing model used for ProFicient, eSPC is sold using a subscription model. You pay an ongoing fee to use the application, so the upfront investment is greatly reduced. Pricing is based on usage and the amount of data being stored in the system, giving you a greater amount of control over your cost.

eSPC provides similar functionality and reporting/alerting capabilities as our other industry-leading SPC Software, ProFicient, without having to manage the system internally.

eSPC is hosted in a physically safe, network-secure and reliably available environment:

  • 24/7 monitoring of physical security, including motion sensor and security breach alarms
  • Redundant high-speed internet links that connect eSPC directly into the core of the global internet backbone
  • A world class server farm consisting of multiple application web servers and SQL servers with redundant, adaptive, dynamic load balancing
  • The most redundant firewall technology available to protect against internal and external attacks
  • 24/7 monitoring for inbound and outbound traffic against viruses, worms, denial-of-service (DOS) attacks such as SYN flooding, packet injection, application layer attack
  • 24/7 monitoring of system health, network traffic, CPU utilization, and known and unknown anomalies before customers perceive performance issues
